The IQVIA HealthCare SDK Partner Program supports organizations that create, maintain, and enhance mobile and web applications for patients and HCPs on behalf of their clients. The program currently supports two open-source, white-label software development kits (SDKs): the IQVIA HealthCare Locator SDK and the IQVIA HealthCare Authenticator SDK.

 

Organizations that offer websites and mobile apps for HCPs often struggle to attract, identify, and retain users, particularly in a cookieless world with strong data privacy regulations. The IQVIA HealthCare Authenticator SDK was designed to address these challenges by enabling seamless activation and maintenance of single sign-on, user authentication, and identity verification. These features help apps remain compliant with data privacy regulations and streamline the user sign-up and sign-on processes to reduce dropoff rates.

Similarly, organizations that build mobile and web apps for patients are challenged to identify and address gaps in the patient experience to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. One such pain point is the fragmentation of the process for finding and evaluating healthcare, which often requires patients to consult numerous sources to get all the information they need to choose and connect with a specialist. The IQVIA HealthCare Locator SDK enables these apps to quickly activate and seamlessly maintain modules to support finding, evaluating, and connecting with HCPs, offering patients a more complete and differentiated user experience.

Through training, certification, and ongoing support, our program enables mobile and web app implementation partners to demonstrate that they have the skills, commitment, and connections required to support their clients’ business objectives.
