The relationship between IQVIA and Salesforce was established in 2004 and since the early beginnings, IQVIA and Salesforce have continued to expand the partnership. Today, IQVIA is one of Salesforces’ largest customers in Life Sciences and a Salesforce industry SUMMIT Partner globally.  Through this partnership Salesforce was awarded IQVIA’s “Partner of the Year Award” in 2021.

IQVIA harnesses industry-specific intellectual property (IP) to develop custom technology solutions leveraging the world class Salesforce platform to partner across the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry.  Through this partnership and by focusing on bringing an ecosystem of Industry Data, Deep Industry Experience, and Platform Technologies; IQVIA can provide game-changing and transformative value to Life Sciences and Medical Device organizations, as well as providers and payers.

Salesforce and IQVIA partner to bring to market OCE-Digital, OCE-Engage, OCE-Optimizer and the following clinical and safety products: Digital Trial Management Suite which includes - Clinical Trial Management Suite (CTMS), Risk-Based Monitoring (RBM), Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Central), and the Pharmacovigilance Platform.

As part of the partnership, IQVIA maintains compliance and certification for multiple Salesforce technologies, which includes, but is not limited to, force.com, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and MuleSoft.
