Our approach to sustainability

People

Our approximately 86,000 employees are the driving force of our business, bringing their skills, experience, ideas and passion to work every day. Staying connected to our people is critical to our success - to understand their needs, communicate our expectations, and maintain a sense of community and shared values.

Public

Our mission to accelerate innovation for a healthier world guides everything we do — the deep sense of responsibility we feel towards supporting better outcomes for patients is the foundation of our values and culture. Collaboration is central to these efforts, and together with our partners, we are a catalyst for change.

Planet

Driven by our commitment to support public health, we have a responsibility to reduce our climate impact. We primarily focus on reducing the impacts of our business operations, including facilities and business travel.

Advancing our commitment to sustainability

As we continue driving forward in our mission to accelerate innovation in healthcare and improve patient outcomes, we remain committed to ESG goals. Hear from our team about our efforts to further our ESG initiatives.

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION AT IQVIA
Diversity is integral to our mission of advancing human health
We strive to create an environment where diversity of thought sparks innovation to enable greater impact and where people of all backgrounds and perspectives collaborate to bring out the best in each other — united by driving healthcare forward.
